The Kelland Wholesale Biltong story starts back in 1987 and has been the leader in supplying biltong to Johannesburg and surrounding areas ever since.

Over the years, our delicious biltong and good old-fashioned family values became well known in the community.

We may have outgrown the little startup biltong business and expanded a great deal over the past few decades but some things have remained exactly the same.

We still use only the highest quality meat, we still conduct our business with the very same family values and our now-famous biltong is still made using the secret spice recipe developed by the Mrkusic brothers from Croatia.
