Return and Refunds policy

• All claims for errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing an order inwriting to Kelland Wholesale Biltong.
• No refunds or exchanges will be given once the goods are received by the customer.
• All cancellation of orders by the customer before production and delivery will attract a 10% administration fee.
• Should the customer cancel their order after the order has been dispatched, the meat market will retain a 15% handling fee and transport cost before refunding the remaining amount to the customer.
